Reporting On October 25, 2019, the Daily Caller published “Michael Flynn Attorney Demands Charges Be Dismissed ‘For Outrageous Government Misconduct.’” The piece quotes Powell: Van Grack did “not disclose a single text message before Mr. Flynn agreed to plead guilty,” and that later productions pointed the defense to Senate-released texts, a reporter’s Scribd account, and two pages on the Lisa Page edits to the Flynn 302. She wrote that Van Grack “knows about this letter, and he questioned people about it.” Those are her sentences in a filing, relayed by the Daily Caller.
The same outlet’s September 10–11, 2019, stories said Van Grack told the court prosecutors had already provided what they were required to provide, and that Flynn was charged with false statements, not with being a Russian agent. Record his pushback. Do not drop it to make the packet sing.
A Daily Caller article is reporting. It is not a primary finding that he violated Brady. The underlying motion is in the August 30 post.
